Training Schedule, Location and Registration
This 5-hour workshop is offered in a convenient one-day format to accommodate even the busiest practitioner's schedule. The training begins at 10:00 am and concludes at 4:00 pm. A lunch break will be provided from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.

ABOUT THE CO-PRESENTERS
Wayne Brown is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Addiction Professional (CAP), and a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CHt) with a successful consulting and psychotherapy practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Wayne obtained his B.A. from the University of Toronto and his Master of Social Work degree from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. He has also met requirements to work as a licensure supervisor for Registered Clinical Social Work interns and has completed intensive training in Clinical Hypnotherapy at the Institute For Survivors of Sexual Violence, Inc. At the University of Toronto, he was an adjunct instructor, teaching introductory level Psychology and Cognitive Sciences. In addition to his private practice, Wayne regularly conducts lectures and workshops in the South Florida community, and was most recently recognized by the Florida Department of Health for his “enduring commitment to the profession”. As a result of his current work utilizing Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) with children who suffered from being human-trafficked, Wayne has been asked to present RRT and Trauma to the NASW National Conference in Washington, DC in June of 2018. As a seasoned mental health professional and educator, he is keenly dedicated to the welfare of his clients.
Kendra Simpkins is a Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) practitioner, trained and supervised by founder Dr. Jon Connelly. She received her Masters in Social Work from Columbia University. Kendra provides RRT to individuals experiencing PTSD, sexual trauma, grief, depression or any troubling impression associated to prior experiences. As a US Army veteran, Kendra specializes in military related trauma and provides a unique perspective outside of Veterans Affairs programs. She is the President and Founder of Operation Warrior Resolution, Inc. (OWR) a 501c3, which provides RRT to military. Kendra is also the Clinical Director of the Brian Bill Foundation Warrior Healing Retreat, providing RRT to Special Operations Forces. She regularly attends trainings with Dr. Connelly throughout the year, traveling nationwide to teach workshops on strategies for transformation and healing. Kendra is a mentor and Warrior Leader with the Wounded Warrior Project in the Sarasota, FL area.
A full refund is available up to seven days prior to the training. After that time, that fee can be applied to any other training. EARN 5 CONTINUING EDUCATION HOURS
Participation in this training is restricted to licensed mental health and medical professionals, registered interns and graduate students in accredited mental health and medical training programs.
Upon completion of this training, licensed psychologists, clinical social workers, mental health counselors, professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, addiction counselors and nurses will receive a certificate demonstrating they have completed training in PTSD, Sexual Trauma and Childhood Abuse and have earned 5 continuing education contact hours.
This training meets the standards for approval of continuing education courses set forth by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling regarding the qualifications necessary for mental health professionals to practice hypnosis (Rule 64B4-6.002) including the required 50 hours of instruction. This training program also counts toward obtaining certification by the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists and the Institute for Rapid Resolution Therapy. Licensed psychologists, clinical social workers, mental health counselors, professional counselors and marriage and family therapists earn continuing education contact hours for each training.
This program is approved by the National Association of Social Workers (Approval #886445677-5678) for 5 continuing education contact hours.
The Institute for Rapid Resolution Therapy has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 5618. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. The Institute for Rapid Resolution Therapy is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
