What is Rapid Resolution Therapy?
Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT) is an innovative psychotherapeutic approach to resolving emotional and behavioral difficulties. Developed and taught by Dr. Jon Connelly, RRT is a technique that has been shown to alleviate the negative effects brought on by trauma in a quick and painless method. This involves pinpointing the root causes of problems and clearing them through guided imagery, hypnosis, stories, and multi-level communication.
RRT provides peace of mind for both the therapist and patient as no recollection of painful memories are needed for healing to take place. The RRT technique can be learned from Dr. Jon Connelly at the Institute of Rapid Resolution Therapy by viewing our upcoming trainings.
How Can Rapid Resolution Therapy Help?
Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT) often has a very-short treatment time with lasting results. Unlike traditional therapy, RRT does not require a patient recall painful memories. Life-changing results are often achieved from a single visit with a RRT certified practitioner. RRT can help with anxiety, various forms of trauma, PTSD, addictions, anger, grief, fears, phobias and more.
Many individuals who have undergone RRT treatment are amazed by the lasting transformations. When individuals are fueled by an array of emotional struggles, destructive behaviors, and the influence of past events, healing can seem impossible to achieve. Thanks to the innovation of Rapid Resolution Therapy, healing is possible today.
